TMI/SII (Seiko) caliber NH35A
The TMI (Time Module Inc.) / SII (Seiko Instruments) caliber NH35A is undoubtedly one of the most popular automatic watch movements in the world. Seiko uses essentially the same movement in their own branded watches (caliber 4R35A), but they supply the NH35A to other watch brands. You could say that this is one of the movements that gave rise to the microbrands. It is a solid workhorse movement, a dependable performer that strikes a perfect balance between quality and affordability.
