Age: We are still unable to establish an exact age of this watch, but are confident in dating it to circa 1950s, but as late as 1960. The caliber AS1012 was produced from 1936-1960. The side of the case has a Swiss hallmark with a letter C. The hallmark is of Helvetia with a letter C below it. The C most likely represents that the case was made in La Chaux-de-Fonds which is also where Breitling has a factory. These mint-marks were apparently used from 1934-1995. The watchmakers markings might be able to pinpoint a servicing in 1971.
Includes: Watch only. No box, no papers.
Condition: Normal vintage wear on the case, dial, strap. The crystal is very good. Running condition, the movement winds and sets as it should.
