Plain and simple, watches don’t hit our site without making it through our 8 point inspection process. Several sets of well-trained eyeballs go over each piece before anything even makes it to our watchmaker’s bench for ultimate verification. We stand behind every item we sell. KeepTheTime is committed to protecting and promoting authenticity in the watch industry and fully guarantees that every watch sold by us is authentic.
We guarantee that every item in your order will leave our headquarters looking and functioning as described. Once the watch has passed inspection and given the stamp of approval, it heads over to our in-house photo studio. This is where the macro magic happens as our photographer gets up-close and intimate with each piece – allowing for an even more in-depth look. Transparency is key and we never uses stock photos. We get physical with every watch we sell so you know exactly what to expect. Many of our clients come to the site daily just to browse our #watchporn and you can too.
It’s our mission to match great watches with the perfect wrist. There’s nothing worse than a timepiece sitting in a drawer collecting dust. Watch collectors know all about love at first sight. Let’s be honest, you know if it’s the right piece within 3 minutes of opening the box. But we’re generous, so we give you 3 full days to make sure. If, for any reason, you’re not feeling it, we’ll accept the watch back in exchange for store credit towards a different one. No restocking fees. 3 Rules: the watch must be exactly the same as it was when you received it; no wearing it outside (just like sneakers); you’re responsible for packing it safely and covering shipping/insurance back to us.
We don’t play around when it comes to getting your order out. For years, we’ve seen other sellers claim 2-4 week shipping times, and frankly we just don’t get it! All of the in-stock watches on our site are on-hand and ready to ship. We get most orders out within 24 hours (unless it’s a holiday or weekend), and all of our customers get their own unique tracking number. Although each watch is given a final inspection before being shipped, we can’t be there to hold hands with the mail courier, so it’s important that you do your own inspection as soon as you open the package.
