Rolex Submariner
You know the best thing about a pre-owned Sub is being able to enjoy and sell it later for more than you originally paid. That’s why you want to buy a luxury tool watch like this at the best price possible. This Rolex Submariner is an early 16610 model. It’s an L series from circa 1989-1990, which is also around the time Rolex introduced the caliber 3135 movement within.
There are the expected few marks here and there from normal wear. We try to exaggerate the wear in the pics so that you’ll be pleasantly surprised during the unboxing ritual. Overall this iconic diver is in very good condition and running strong. Don’t miss your chance to own the most recognizable luxury timepiece from a reputable dealer at private seller pricing.
- Reference: 16610
- Automatic movement / Swiss made
- Rolex caliber 3135
- Stainless steel “pierced/holes” case
- 40mm diameter / 12mm thick / 20mm lugs
- Weight: 129 grams
- Stainless steel Oyster bracelet
- Sapphire crystal
- Black dial with black aluminum bezel insert
- Water resistant up to 300m/1,000ft
- Screw-down Triplock crown
Age: L Series (Rolex Serial Number Chart)
Includes: Rolex boxes, no papers
Condition: Very good overall with expected signs of wear for a tool watch of this age.The watch has been timed out to COSC specs. The cyclops on the crystal looks to have been either scratched or reapplied with residual glue underneath. It actually isn’t as visible on the wrist, but we tried to exaggerate marks in the photos – it looks like it’s distorting the date window in the background, but rest assured that distorted box shape is actually the reflection of lighted edges of our light box. Bracelet shows moderate flex, clasp is snug.
