Holiday FAQ:

If I place my order now, will it arrive before Christmas?

• USA Orders: No. (cutoff was Thursday 12/23 by 5:00PM EST)
• International Orders: No.

Unlike other online stores, we have ALL inventory on hand and ready to ship. No warehouse excuses, no dropshipping, no BS. This means when you place your order, we will have it on its way within 24-48 hours tops. Any carrier delays are out of our control.

If I order after Christmas, when will it arrive?

Our regular shipping schedule resumes on Monday 12/27. Orders placed during Christmas weekend will ship out on Monday. Next Day Air orders will be delivered on Tuesday, 2nd Day on Wednesday, and so on.

Is the item in stock?

If the Add to Cart button is there, it’s available, in stock, and ready to ship. Emailing us asking if it’s in stock will only reduce your chances of being able to secure it. Someone else could buy it while you are waiting for a reply.

This is a gift, do you gift wrap?

Not per se, but we have been known to help make it special. If it’s being delivered to a loved one and crucial that it’s wrapped, then contact us for special arrangements.

Do you have KTT gift cards?

Yes, here. It’s a good option for the watch geek or watch noob in your life because our inventory is always changing and the gift cards never expire (plus, we’ve been around since 2008, so no worries about your gift card funds going anywhere).

• Free/Standard Shipping – Saturday, December 18, 2021 by 3PM EST
• UPS Ground – Mon, December 20, 2021 by 3PM EST
• UPS 2nd Day Air – Tues, December 21, 2021 by 3PM EST
• UPS Next Day Air – Wed, December 22, 2021 by 3PM EST *Extended 5:00PM EST

While the standard shipping option may get it there, it’s recommended to select from the speedier UPS options during checkout.

Please note that if your order is received by these dates, we will get it out the same day, but any delays caused by UPS are out of our control.

Holiday Office Hours:

• Christmas weekend: Closed.
• New Year’s Weekend: Closed.

If you are contacting us to make an offer or submit a trade, please note that we may not respond until January 2022. If someone else makes the decision to buy before we can reply, it’s out of our control. For that reason, due to the high volume and busy season, it is recommended that you place your order as soon as possible without inquiries or offers.
