The first model of the Angelus rebirth is also an indication of the brand’s willingness to think outside of the tiny thought box that the watch industry is a slave to. Enter the U10 Tourbillon Lumière! A four year La Chaux-de-Fonds undertaking, the U10 features a 2-in-1 design concept that offers the time on one side, and an entrancing tourbillon sculpture on the other – with windows on each side of the case for different views.

Angelus told KeepTheTime that the idea behind this clever invention came from the brand’s previous work in travel clocks with multi-displays. A blend of complication and simplicity in one streamlined design. Having the U10 strapped to your wrist will give you something to admire all day, as well as something to talk about when people notice that you haven’t taken your eyes off your own wrist.
