Shipping Within USA

We know that waiting isn't fun.. that's why we try to ship every order within 12 hours of receiving payment (not including weekends/holidays).

As soon as your package is sent out, we will email you the tracking number. Please note that some tracking numbers may not provide real-time tracking, and often serve more as a “delivery confirmation”.

We prefer use USPS Registered Mail when shipping any product over $5,000. Registered Mail is one of the safest shipping services available. With this service, each package travels safely under lock-and-key until it arrives in your hands. Every person who handles the package has to sign for it, until it arrives at your door and you sign to confirm delivery.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.


International Shipping

At KeepTheTime we use USPS Priority Mail or Global Express shipping for overseas orders. Global Express usually takes approximately 3-6 business days and Priority Mail can take up to 10 days. In some cases, we may use Registered Mail which may take longer than regular shipping methods. Please note that the maximum insurance coverage for USPS Express Main international shipping is limited  and only provides coverage of up to $5000 depending on the country. If you would like to set-up an alternative shipping method (at the buyers expense) please contact us. In cases of extra high value watches, we will ship your watch in a separate package from the box and papers. Please ask for details.

Most online watch sellers will charge you $100+ for international shipping because they use the extra money to cover the PayPal/other fees. Since we only accept Bank Transfer payments from clients outside of the United States, we can pass the savings to the buyer.

Shipping prices do not include any additional charges you may incur upon delivery to your country. Please be aware that import duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer. 

International clients may also opt to have their package shipped to a trusted person in USA. Just specify a “shipping address” that is different from your “billing address”. If you choose this option, please refer to the “Shipping Within USA” section above. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
