I have to say this was a unique internet buying experience that had the convenience of shopping online with the service that comes with an in-store retail experience. They called me after I placed my order online to discuss the watch and my shipping preferences. These guys care a great deal about customer service and are clearly watch nuts. Thomas described the watch to me over the phone to ensure I understood the condition of the watch and walked through my selection process to ensure I was picking the "right" watch for me.
