WOW! Talk about service!!! This was my first Rolex purchase and I can safely say that I received much better customer service @ KeepTheTime than I have had at retailers such as Mayors. The sales rep was very patient and understanding to my needs. Despite being an online retailer, the staff was very professional in providing me pictures and videos of my watch before hand and disclosed unbiased feedback on the condition of the product, needless to say was MINT condition.
