I can't find the watch I am searching for on your site, or it is sold out, can you find one for me? Are all of the watches on this site authentic?Yes, every watch you see at KeepTheTime.com has been inspected and is certified authentic before being added to our site. The watch listing says no box/no papers, how can it be authentic?Do not rely on box/papers to determine the authenticity of a watch. Quite often, people will buy a watch and leave their box/papers at the AD they originally purchased it from, or they misplace the complete set during a move to a new home. Besides, if they can replicate a watch, surely they can do the same with box and papers. You must trust the source you are buying from 100% whether the watch includes box and papers or not. Are the pictures and videos on this site of the actual watch I will receive?Yes, the picture and videos we display are the actual watches for sale. Please note that these photos and videos are high quality and are often times capable of seeing more than the naked eye. Therefore, the condition of a watch may appear to be worse in the photo than on your wrist. Monitors and devices sometimes display colors differently than intended, so be aware that the colors in the photos/videos may vary slightly from the actual appearance. Do you ship the same day?In most cases, your watch will be shipped the same day you place the order. To ensure that your order is shipped out the same day, please submit your payment by 5:00pm EST. Do you offer overnight delivery?Yes, during your checkout process you can select overnight shipping via UPS or FedEX. Do you ship outside of the United States?Yes, we have many clients in countries all over the world. We are happy to ship overseas. How much does it cost to ship to my address?Shipping prices depend on a few variables. For example, the weight of the package (if the watch does not include box and papers it is much lighter and requires a smaller shipping box), the delivery speed (USPS Priority Mail, Express, or FedEx), the value of the watch (to cover insurance), etc. You can always get an idea of the shipping expense by adding the watch to your Watch Box and on the checkout page there is a button to estimate shipping. The cost of shipping includes insurance and signature confirmation. Signature confirmation is required for all orders over $250. Do you accept credit cards?Yes, we accept all major credit cards and process credit card payments with Google Checkout and PayPal. If I pay with Bank Transfer can you offer a better price?Yes, we pass the credit card processing fee savings directly to the price of your watch. Do you accept credit card information over the phone?No, we do not accept credit card payments over the phone. Please use our secure site to place your order. Click the "Google Checkout" button to submit your payment by credit card. I am trying order with my PayPal account but it is not working?We only accept PayPal payments from accounts with a PayPal confirmed address. At this time, PayPal only confirms addresses in USA, Canada, and UK. If you are unable to confirm your address with PayPal, please return to the checkout page and select an alternative payment method such as Google Checkout (for credit cards), Bank Transfer, or Money Order.
