We accept returns on new and unworn watches only. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the package for a credit within 2 days from the time the package is shipped. The package must be returned in the original condition including the box. You must notify us beforehand of your intention to return an item or items via email, stating the reason for the return. You will receive a Return Processing Code Number (RPC#) prior to return shipping in order to receive your refund. Your RPC# must be written on the return package box.
Please ensure that you enclose your order number,
name, address and contact telephone number with your goods, along with the
reason for the return. Goods must be returned in the original condition
in which they were received.
If your order included a “free shipping" option then we will deduct the cost of shipping the item to you before crediting your original order. Any partial/noticeable use of a product will incur a deduction from the final credit amount. After we have had adequate time to verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item, credits will be processed and issued in the form of a Gift Certificate to be used at KeepTheTime.com within 30 days of receipt. You will be notified via email or mail to the address associated with your account when this transaction has taken place.
A Returns Form is available upon request. We do not accept returns on international orders.
There is a 10% restocking fee for any returned watches, as we will have to inspect the watch, clean it, and relist it after it is has been handled outside of our company. Shipping and any associated payment processing fees are non-refundable.
Watches that have been tampered with, or not opened by a professional, are 100% void of any chance for a refund. We suggest that you take your watch to a certified watchmaker for any inspection or repairs (even basic battery replacement) and keep your receipt.
